Purchasing service fee: 10% of product value, minimum USD 10 per order. There is no minimum product value. Freight, duties, packing and extra handling are quoted separately.

We aim to email your quote or clarification questions within 24 hours. Supplier checks and complex requests can take longer. Nothing is purchased before you approve the quote.

Our purchasing and warehouse support follows JTLGO’s service terms. For product value above USD 10,000, ask about a volume discount before approval. View JTLGO’s current fees and warehouse charges →

Request a quote

Choose a contact route for your buying request

Use the quote form when you have product links, screenshots or several variants to compare. Give each item a buyer reference and keep its quantity and specification together. A link identifies a listing; it may not identify the exact colour, size, material or pack you want.

Email is useful for a longer specification or supporting files. Explain which document is current and which details still need a supplier answer. If you also contact us on WhatsApp, include the same request reference so the messages can be connected to one buying brief.

Review the reply before approving a purchase

Check the quoted variant, quantity, sale unit and destination against your request. Ask which supplier checks, samples, inspection tasks and packing work are included. Compare product cost, service fees and shipping separately; an amount that has not been quoted is still unknown.

If your requirements change, identify the changed lines and keep the earlier version for comparison. A different quantity, packaging choice or delivery destination may require a revised quote. Submitting a request does not approve a purchase: confirm the written scope and costs before authorising the order.
