Six steps, one buying partner

How your request becomes an order.

  1. Share what you need

    Send a 1688 link, a screenshot or a description, plus quantity and destination. Add sizes, materials, colours or part references when relevant.

  2. Confirm the specification

    We discuss the requirements and supplier options with you. Availability, minimum quantities and specifications need confirmation before ordering.

  3. Review your quote

    Goods, domestic freight, our service and international shipping are discussed before approval. Final delivery costs depend on packing, destination and the route you choose.

  4. Approve the purchase

    Once you approve the quote, we arrange payment and follow up with the supplier. Sending a request does not authorise a purchase.

  5. Inspect and consolidate

    We receive the goods, carry out the agreed checks and combine orders where appropriate. Any discrepancies are raised before international dispatch.

  6. Arrange delivery

    We confirm the shipping option and documentation for your destination and provide tracking when available.
