Pumps and droppers get tested, not counted
The common failure in this category is a mechanism that does not work: a pump that will not prime, a dropper bulb that perishes, a mister that sprays unevenly. We operate sampled units repeatedly rather than confirming the carton count.
Neck finish and thread compatibility
A bottle and a closure bought from two sellers will not necessarily fit. Where you are combining components we confirm the neck size and thread standard on both, because "20mm" is not a single specification.
Glass weight, clarity and breakage
Glass cosmetic packaging varies widely in wall thickness for the same nominal volume. It affects how it feels, how it ships and how much of it survives.
Colour and finish consistency
Frosted, matte and coloured finishes drift between batches, and on packaging that sits on a shelf next to itself the difference is visible. We compare across cartons.
Where we stop: formulated cosmetics
We do not buy finished creams, serums or colour cosmetics for import unless you confirm you have handled your market’s registration and labelling requirements. Those rules are real, they differ by market, and guessing at them on your behalf would not be a service.
Brushes and applicators
Bristle type, shedding and ferrule attachment are what separate a usable brush from a returned one. Sampled units are worked against a surface and checked for shedding.
