Six steps, from link to shipment

How a 1688 link becomes an order.

  1. Send the link

    A 1688 or Taobao link, a screenshot or a description, with quantity and destination. Weidian and Pinduoduo links work too.

  2. Agree the supplier review

    Identify the seller and payment recipient, then define which history, manufacturing or product claims need supporting evidence. Ratings and replies alone do not verify a factory.

  3. Confirm the specification

    Confirm material, dimensions, tolerances, accessories, packaging and quantity in writing. Samples, document review and specialist tests should have an agreed scope and price.

  4. Review the landed cost

    Compare an itemised total for the same order and destination. Keep unquoted costs visible, and request a sample when it can resolve a defined product question.

  5. Approve, then we pay the seller

    You pay us and we pay the seller in renminbi from a domestic account. Sending a request authorises nothing.

  6. Check, pack and approve shipping

    Request the agreed arrival evidence and hold discrepancies for review. Compare separate or consolidated packing, then approve the final measurements, accepted route and freight quote. Return eligibility is not guaranteed by warehouse arrival.

What to send

A request that can be quoted first time.

The more of this you include, the fewer questions stand between you and a quote.

  • The 1688 or Taobao link. A screenshot works if you do not have the link.
  • The variant you want, such as colour, size or model, exactly as the listing names it.
  • The quantity required per variant and whether you want a separately priced sample or larger-quantity comparison.
  • Destination country and postal code, address type and required arrival date.
  • Any logo, custom colour or packaging requirement; ask for its separate setup cost and minimum rather than assuming a universal MOQ.
  • Any specification that matters: material, dimensions, weight or certification.
